Welcome to the Piney Woods Horse Show Association website!
We hold shows at the Marshall City Arena in Marshall, Texas. This is an open show and
ALL riders and horses are welcome! This series will be a Buckle Series, we will give a
buckle in every class!
We had another great show June 4, a bit smaller than normal but we expect July 30
to be a big one! Remember we will be having our Hobby Horse class open to all
riders that have not won three blue ribbons (blues don't count if there was only one
person in that class).

HOBBY HORSE has generously donated six (6) $100 gift certificates to be given out
at our shows this year. Hobby Horse requires that we have a horsemanship class
with a set pattern; you can pick up a copy of the pattern at the shows and practice at
home! This class is only open to riders who have never won THREE blue ribbons in
any horse show, anywhere (Blue ribbons don't count if there was only one person in
the class). We will be holding these classes at the following shows: May 21, July 30
and October 15! Plan on attending and competing for this great prize!
